얼마 전 광장시장 맛집으로 소문난
  부촌육회(Buchon Yukhoe)에 다녀왔어요.
미쉐린 가이드 빕 구르망에도 여러 번
선정된 곳이라 늘 가보고 싶었는데,
드디어 방문 성공했습니다!

I recently visited Buchon Yukhoe,
a famous spot in Gwangjang Market.
It’s been featured several times
in the Michelin Bib Gourmand,
so I had always wanted to try it—finally, I did!

⏳ 부촌육회 웨이팅 경험 / Waiting Time

이 집은 워낙 인기 있는 광장시장 맛집이라
그런지 언제 가도 손님이 많아요.
저도 도착하자마자 줄이 길게 늘어서 있더라구요.
결국 약 30분 정도 웨이팅했는데,
회전이 빨라서 생각보다 금방 들어갔습니다.
기다리면서 이미 고소한 향기가 풍겨와서 배가 더 고팠어요.
Since it’s such a famous Gwangjang Market restaurant,
there was a long line when I arrived.
I waited for about 30 minutes,
but the tables turned over quickly,
so it wasn’t too bad.
The savory smell drifting out
while waiting only made me hungrier!

🍲 먹은 메뉴와 맛 / What I Ordered & Taste

제가 주문한 건 낙지탕탕이 + 육회 세트
그리고 육회비빔밥이었어요.
I ordered the Yukhoe with live octopus
(Nakji Ttangtangi set) and the Yukhoe Bibimbap.

육회는 신선도가 확실히 달랐습니다.
달달하고 고소한 맛이 일품이었고,
쫄깃한 낙지와 함께 먹으니 씹는 맛이 살아있었어요.
The yukhoe was incredibly fresh—sweet, nutty, and
perfectly seasoned. Paired with the chewy octopus,
it offered such a fun and unique texture.

 

그리고 가장 인상 깊었던 건 역시 육회비빔밥!
따끈한 밥에 육회와 채소,
노른자를 슥슥 비벼 한입 먹는 순간,
왜 부촌육회가 미쉐린에 올랐는지 단번에 알겠더라구요.
But the real star was definitely the Yukhoe Bibimbap.
Mixing the warm rice with yukhoe, veggies,
and the yolk—it immediately made sense
why Buchon Yukhoe keeps
making it into the Michelin list.
